I don’t do well with chocolate. I know this. I try to pretend it’s okay, but I really don’t do well with chocolate. I’ve seen a few posts now on using cocoa butter in place of chocolate when you can’t do chocolate, and I think that I will give it a whirl in a few months when I have a bit extra in my budget.
I’ll be re-starting the GAPS intro diet after the first of the new year, since I’ve had little “cheats” weekly since Thanksgiving. I’m thinking this cake may be my celebration when I make it through the intro again. :)
